Beeches Farm Kennels will not be held responsible if a dog contracts Kennel Cough as this is an airborne virus.

  

Beeches Farm Kennels reserves the right to refuse a stay with us to any dog that it feels is suffering/carrying a contagious disease.

 

Any veterinary fees incurred whilst left in our care due to illness or any ongoing medical problems will be settled in full by the owner of the animal concerned and will not be the responsibility of Beeches Farm Kennels unless caused by negligence on their behalf.

   

Whilst every possible care and attention is given to each animal left in the care of Beeches Farm we cannot be held responsible for any loss either through illness or any other cause.

   

I give permission to Beeches Farm Kennels to sign, in my absence, for any emergency veterinary treatment as necessary whilst the Animal is in their care.

 

I understand that Beeches Farm Kennels will make every effort to contact me on the emergency numbers supplied in order to update me with any medical conditions involved with my animal.

   

Boarding Fees are payable on collection at the end of the period along with any sundry expenses incurred during this time.

 

Fees are payable for the times and dates submitted on the booking form unless 1 weeks notice is given for an earlier collection date or time.

  

Payment is accepted by Cash, Credit and Debit cards only.

   

Deposits of £50 plus VAT for each full week booked are required at the time of Booking and are non-refundable or transferrable.

   

All beds, blankets, toys and other possessions may be left with animals, however, Beeches Farm Kennels will not be held responsible for any loss or damage. All such items are left at the risk of the owner.

   

Sharing can only be undertaken with animals from the same household/ownership and is at the owner’s risk.

   

Pregnant bitches and bitches in season are accepted at the owners own risk.

   

Medication will be administered as instructed by the owner and Beeches Farm Kennels will not be held responsible for any adverse reaction to medication.

   

I give permission to the Staff of Beeches Farm Kennels to provide controlled exercise on Flexi leads at least twice a day within the boundaries of Beeches Farm.

 

I also give permission for the Staff of Beeches Farm Kennels to provide free running and play activities in secure exercise areas in order to provide further enrichment whilst staying at Beeches Farm Kennels.

  

Beeches Farm Kennels will not be held responsible for any damage to vehicles or property belonging to customers while on the premises.
